Information you provide

The contact form requests your name, company, email, project location, service interest and project description. Your phone number, attachments and on-site assessment preference are optional. You may attach up to two JPG, PNG or PDF files to explain your project. Please do not submit passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.

How your inquiry is handled

When delivery is configured, form submissions are sent to AKA’s contact mailbox. The website does not keep a separate database of contact submissions. Attachments are processed in temporary server storage and sent with the inquiry; they are not published or saved in a public uploads folder. Temporary upload files are removed at the end of the request. Messages and their attachments may remain in the mailbox while your inquiry and any resulting business relationship are handled.

Technical data

The form uses a temporary session cookie for request protection. A short-lived hashed network identifier is used to limit repeated submissions. Hosting and email providers may process technical logs and messages as part of operating these services. This website does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics.
